    Contact for returns: contact@lechkaniuk.com

    2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

    • Digital Content (eBooks/Tools): The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., eBooks, downloaded spreadsheets, or access to online platforms) if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
    • Services (MasterClasses/Workshops): Service contracts after the service has been fully performed if the performance has begun with your prior express consent, and with the acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader.
    • B2B Orders: Purchases made by corporate entities or for professional business purposes (where a VAT invoice is issued to a company) are generally excluded from consumer rights of withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by applicable law regarding sole proprietorships (JDG) making a non-professional purchase.

    3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

    4. Returning the Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the following address:

Lech Kaniuk Holding Sp. z o.o.

    90-403 Łódź
    Poland

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Cost of Return: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of Goods: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Items must be returned in a resalable condition.

    5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of defective goods, Polish statutory warranty laws (Rękojmia) apply. Please contact us at contact@lechkaniuk.com with a photo of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.

    6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
